Finger scroll clock
My idea is for a finger based flick method of changing the time. Once you hold down your finger on the screen, the numbers will start wobbling, and you will be able to flick them up and down with your finger in order to change the minutes and the hours. This system would require touch sensors and high quality screens to animate the scrolling effect.
Ideally, I’d want the watch face to look like an old-style clock so that the numbers would divided in half horizontally, and have the watch animate them as they change like a rolodex, the bottom half flipping to the top half. If that is too unwieldy, then animating them like a speedometer or a slot machine, with numbers scrolling up or downwards
