Lotto Wheel Clock
The clock/alarm is a set of scrolling wheels that have times labeled on them.
The left wheel is the current time, which scrolls at the rate of one revolution per 24 hours. To set the time, lift the triangular tab, rotate the wheel by hand, and then push the tab down.
The right wheel represents the alarm time. To set the alarm time, lift the triangular tab, move the wheel to the time you want the alarm to go off, and then close the tab.
When the left and right wheel are at the same time (the current time is the same as the alarm time) the alarm goes off. To turn off the alarm, you need to spin both wheels one revolution. This is done without lifting the tabs, so the wheel will automatically fall back into the proper position. It also clicks at each half an hour mark, and makes a distinctly different clicking noise when it falls back into place after one revolution.
The clock is meant to resemble a lotto ball or the large spinning wheel on “The Price is Right”
