RS (roll set) Alarm Clock

My proposal for the buttonless alarm clock is a sphere which when you roll it, it wll change acordingly. Rolling it to the right or left would add or take away time. (one revolution is one hour). When you roll it foward or backwards, it would change the modes. (1/4 revolution per mode). The lock in the time, you would let it sit for 2 seconds like traditional alarm clocks. The way it could work would be on the inside, there is a tiny sphere in a fluid which is held in a sort of chamber. When it rotates, a sensor counts the revolutions, processes it, and projects it onto the glass opening on the alarm. To keep it from rolling, you would place it on the stand which has a weak magnet that holds it in place. To turn off the alarm, simply remove it from the stand.
